  Stopped by to get something after work. They got my order wrong. Gave me a cheesecake shake instead of cheesesticks. I told the girl when she came out that I didn't get 2 ice creams I got cheesesticks. She left the shake went in rang me up for the cheesesticks. When the other girl came out with them told me my payment i was confused told her i already paid for them. Then she pointed out they rang me up for the wrong thing to begin with. Then I told her I had told the first girl I didn't order the shake she left she informed me she couldn't take it back because we drank out of it. Considering we sat there 20 minutes I figured they just gave it to me. I had to pay more money. The fries I got were cold and old my cream slush looked like someone had ate out of it the second girl had a horrible attitude. Definitely won't be back.

  We got there pushed the red button waited until I almost pulled away with no answer, when I put the car in reverse then I heard welcome to sonic, we ordered and waited for ever, the screen said someone was on the way then that went off still no sign of anyone, then she came walking with some food that was over cooked and watered down drinks with ice-cream that was more like soup so I want be back. Hire someone that wants there Job not McDonald's rejects and thats bad.

  Can wait long time for order to be taken.. food was better before the smash burger...service face to face is good but order service even when slow can be super slow .. have left 3 times tired of waiting to place a order.

  Ordered on the app, pulled into an empty spot, checked in by entering my stall #, then sat and waited for over 30 minutes. Finally had to push the button and ask about my order. Really? And the food was not all that great. Tasted old. Very disappointed 😞 .
