As somebody who has worked in some form of the service industry her entire working adult life, i’ve never been more disgusted and disappointed in customer care, customer service, and overall performance and food quality. I’ve had many discrepancies where my Card was over charged and management was very uneducated and ignorant on proper customer care guidelines, and was very rude and disrespectful to me in the process of me trying to get my money back. As well as every order I’ve placed in the past six months has came incorrect incomplete or with missing items. Every time I order a slush from this ONE location, it is never fully blended, and I have to go home and blend it up in my blender myself since these employees do not care to do the job that they are being paid to do. (Attached is a picture of what all my slushies have looked like from this ONE location. I never have this problem at any other location.) I was told by the food runner “that’s how slushes are” no maam it’s not, that’s you simply not doing your job. Also, you’ll be waiting 30+ minutes on orders that are only one or two items. I LOVE SONIC SO MUCH. IT HAS BEEN ONE OF MY FAVORITE PLACES SINCE I WAS A CHILD. But this location is truly god-awful with the worst customer service, employees, and food quality. Do yourself the favor and go anywhere else because they are not worth the time and money. I wish I could give negative stars -⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I really like the variety of the drink menu. And the shakes, blasts and different flavors of limeades are really good! The servers are always very friendly and prompt and the food has always been hot and tasty every time I've visited. I guess the only drawback is the stalls that don't work aren't marked or turned off or showing any indication they don't work.

We ordered 1 order of onion rings and 1 pack of salt. That simple.....I knew better. Waited 10 minutes, the onion rings were not fully cooked and of course there was no salt. Lesson learned fully this time.

Me and my wife went up to Sonic and got us some dinner when we got our food there wasn't any straws in our bag and once we got home my wife's food was cold and sloppy and when got to my food it was just thrown together. I can say this every time we ever went there we never got our order right and we won't go back to Sonic
