  My order is never correct. I even emailed the owners to ask them to address the problem and received no response. I figured I would try it again in a month and see if they can perform simple basic functions. If not, I'm done with this location for good. I ask for onions on my coney and there are no onions every single time. I actually plan on dicing onions when I get home. Cherry limeade never has lime in it like other locations so I grab one from my lime tree in the backyard and make it correctly. I'm always hopeful that the tots will be fresh, but they always taste like they were cooked much earlier in the day. They either go in the trash or I see if the dog wants them, which he normally doesn't. That's pretty bad. I've been eating at Sonic for 50+ years and this location needs help. I would offer my consulting services as a retired restaurateur, but I'm really pricey. My advice is to hire an actual adult to manage it and pay him/her adult wages. Your revenue would increase once word got around Long Beach that food quality has improved. That boost in revenue would more than cover the extra wage cost for a good manager. It would be a good investment to save this location.

  Ordered a Smashed burger combo with fries. Also ordered a cheddar peppers. I did not get my fries due to them ASSUMING the cheddar peppers was my side. IT WAS NOT! I told the server and she said that I can order fries and pay for it. I will not return to this Sonic because of their mess up.

  I ordered a coke in drive thru. I waited 15 min, before I gave up and left. Service wasn't bad. It just didnt exist.
