I was at this store picking up an order and an elderly customer was waiting and had given the shift lead an order and paid, when she realized he had not given her, her change she asked for her $6..... back and he said "I cannot open the drawer." So she asked for a refund because no food had been made. The shift lead called the GM and asked him to come to the store and do a refund amd he said no, hes busy tell the lady, come back Tuesday and he will see what he can do. He daughter said that was not acceptable, she now had, no food and no money! As a GM myself I was appalled that he treated an ELDERLY lady that way and all she wanted was her money back. She was told they are not allowed to do refunds. Sounded strange to me since no food changed hands. Very disgusted to see people treated this way in a very small community.

Website lets you order stuffed crust but they don't have any, not in large or medium. Had to cancel and order elsewhere 😕

Ordered from the pizza hut in Long Beach,Ms checked to make sure I had my dips I didn't really look at the pizza, my large pizza was missing the ham and the mushrooms. Called back got the call center they told me I would have to bring the order back so I just took the loss. Seem like since I tipped on the order they would've made the order a priority.
