    So basically I am very disappointed with the service I received at McDonald's. I have been waiting in the drive-thru line for almost two hours and still have not received my order. This wait time is completely unacceptable, especially for a restaurant that is supposed to provide fast service. I only got drinks and their is one person in front of me,

    I visited this establishment at approximately midnight. I waited for 30 minutes for my food and drive-through order, which included a double meat sandwich. Unfortunately, the fish sandwich was cold, and one of my sandwiches was missing. The overall experience was unsatisfactory.

    If I could give the service 0 stars I would. Not my first bad experience at this location but my first review of my most recent experience. Waited 15 minutes for 2 hamburgers and a fry. Finally went in and asked for the manager. Two employees literally looked at me and turned around and didn't do anything. One of them was just hanging over the counter doing nothing. I asked again for the manager. A lady came and asked me what I needed. I explained and she told me they were waiting on "pounder meat". Ok. I should be getting a hot burger then right? Wrong! Then another lady came and asked that lady what was wrong. She shrugged and rolled her eyes. By this time my order is miraculously ready, but is not even hot! No one in that placed acted like they gave a crap about anything. Worst fast food restaurant service I have ever experienced, and the service has been terrible on multiple occasions.

    This is the most chaotic "fast" food in the entire area, not just this town. The town used to think it was because teenagers were constantly in and out with a massive turnover rate. But not even close. The managers clearly cannot contain situations no matter what time we go in. A near daily example, it's 10:48am and lunch is still on hold, entirely. There is an entire LOBBY waiting for breakfast and we are being greeted with " EH man, you probably don't want to order here right now!" At any given time there's two to three (if not more during lunch hours) DoorDashers who are late getting their orders on their deliveries because this McDonald's marks it as complete the second it comes in. Then with them being so severely behind they all have to wait another 10-15 minutes just to get the food so they can get on the way. And that's IF the food is in the bag. There is beginning to be speculation in the area that food is being taken since every other order is wrong and people come back in for replacements constantly. Unknown truth, but we all see where the rumor is clearly stemming from. DoorDashers are now saying they are about to sacrifice their percentage to avoid McDonald's. We asked if it's really this bad still, as in worsening and it's across the board a yes. Daily ritual here and the entire town knows if you go here you will be waiting. 2 people just left their order behind in the time this review took us.

    I placed a mobile order at 6:21 p.m. on May 31, 2026. At 7:06 p.m.—45 minutes later—I was still waiting for my food. When I finally went inside, the manager apologized, checked my order, and assured me they were "just waiting on fries" and that it would be right out. Little did I know, I was about to witness what can only be described as a live-action workplace documentary on chaos. The dining area was filled with customers waiting on orders while the drive-thru was being cleared at what appeared to be Olympic-level speed. Meanwhile, four teenage employees seemed fully committed to a recreational program involving dancing, jumping around, and horseplaying with one another. The manager repeatedly called out, "Boooooyyyys!" and asked if they were okay. Of course they were okay. Why wouldn't they be? They were watching their manager work herself into exhaustion while they treated the kitchen like a middle school field day. Then entered the Angry Customer. This gentleman arrived well after I did and immediately began expressing his feelings at a volume that ensured everyone in the building could enjoy the experience. Apparently, this earned him priority status because his concerns received immediate attention. Meanwhile, a young employee at the counter continued doing everything she could to help customers while being verbally steamrolled. To her credit, she remained professional throughout the entire ordeal. The dancing troupe in the back remained largely unaffected by any of these developments. The manager repeatedly explained that she was the only manager on duty, yet never once redirected the boys from their interpretive dance performance back toward preparing food. What was completely missing from this experience was basic communication. A simple update would have gone a long way. Customers tend to appreciate knowing whether their order is delayed rather than wondering if it has somehow entered another dimension. Finally, at 7:06 p.m., I noticed the young employee carrying out food and asked whether my order was among it. It wasn't. However, she informed me that my order was sitting nearby. Had I not asked, I can only assume my food would have continued its extended vacation while customers who arrived after me received their meals first. I finally received my order and left. Later, I discovered my sauce was missing. That's on me, of course. After waiting 45 minutes, I should have known better than to assume the order would be complete. I understand being short-staffed. I understand busy periods. What I don't understand is watching customers pile up while employees treat the kitchen like recess and management simply accepts it as normal operations. In case upper management would like to review the evening's performance, this occurred on May 31, 2026. There were clearly employees who were trying their best under difficult circumstances, but the overall operation fell well below reasonable expectations. The food eventually arrived. Customer service never did.
