  Waited 45 minutes for a chicken sandwich, a Mcdouble and a 10 piece chicken nuggets with fries and both sandwiches and nuggets are cold

  When online says they serve breakfast till 11am on Sundays just to arrive at 10:22am and be told they’re not serving breakfast anymore. Just irritating…. But it’s whatev. At least their ice cream machine is “working” 70% of the time.

  Today May 19th Just finished getting breakfast waited forever..you guys use to be the best area Mcdonalds Today I got a HAIR in my food Absolutely been to 500 McDonald's over the years Never had this happen ever protocols in place to prevent makes me never want to go here again. Hire some decent people who don't skip the rules bc your not there to watch. Trim that palm in front it is keeps scraping my truck when I go through on the cut through

  It's McDonald's. You get the same thing everywhere. Overpriced, Bad fast food, slow service, no smiles. And everything there tastes the same.

  I would love to be able to speak to someone higher up about this location . Had a mobile order had to wait just about an hour for 6 cars ahead of me no exaggeration . The only reason I didn’t leave is because my food was paid for already via the mobile app . It could’ve been even longer the line never moved it was almost as if the people inside were just not doing anything to try to dissuade you from ordering . The lady at the window was also really rude and went as far as saying “ You waited this long for one sandwich” Further proving they wanted people to leave . It may be rude but they need to get all new staff and a new system for that place obviously I didn’t see inside so I don’t truly know what was going on . At one point the line didn’t move for over 15 minutes . On top of that once you finally did get to the window you were told to wait at a parking spot. And to think it’s “fast” food will not be coming back to this spot if there’s more than one car in the line and I highly recommend you do not come here if you want quick food. SIDE NOTE: I don’t know these peoples schedules or what goes on for breaks but I constantly saw employees going in and out to their cars and going back in for who knows what but that could be another reason for the wait.
