  Went to Taco Bell in laurel Ms😁 Ordered a Nacho Bell Grande/ No sour cream😁 It was great the tray was full of chips it had melted cheese and a dab of refried beans and ground meat on top in the middle😀😀 No other Taco Bell even comes close to that😵‍💫 Every time I go to laurel It's Taco Bell Time😁😁😁

  Place is absolute trash. Staff are just hollering and carrying on while makeing below average slop. Could not even distinguish one item from another. Nothing they put in the bag resembled anything we ordered. Very happy I stopped while passing through and will never have to eat from this location again.

  Just went in to get a pair of soft tacos, and ordered and sat down for over 10 minutes waited patiently and asked about my order, and was told "we short handed only have two people working grill" while there at least 6 employees in the building. I just left. Thanks, you can keep the 2 soft tacos. I won't be coming back again.

  Worst Taco Bell ever! They were under staffed and used it as a excuse of messing up orders, while I was there their was 3 workers and 3 customers and they messed up every order and when I asked them to fix my order the first man I told answered me and said he will fix it and then he walked away on his phone , then I asked one of the female workers and she just looked at me like she could not comprehend anything but as soon as the other female workers walked into the kitchen she finally fixed my order but the other workers were slamming their Utensils while making mine and other peoples food but most of the time me and all the customers were Ignored also the restaurant was dirty and rundown and all the tables had crumbs of food all over I would not recommend eating here

  4/3/2026. This is why I don’t like going through the drive through. We went out tonight to get a bite at Taco Bell. I ordered the #5 combo 3 supreme hard shell tacos , and my favorite the Mexican Pizza with a drink and for my husband 2 grilled stuffed stuffed burritos.and a large Pepsi. The experience was shrouded by not receiving a receipt. Then we get to the window and they hand us 2 green sodas. My husband asks are these Pepsis? They took them back and gave us 2 large Pepsis. well it came to a final disappointment when we got home, he was missing one of his burritos and I was shorted one taco. I called them back their solution. Drive back over and they will make the missing food. I made a choice to visit Taco Bell. Why can’t the workers take enough pride in their service to ensure the customers get what they pay for. Just imagine what would happen if everyone in Laurel stopped doing business with them. Dining out is expensive enough when you get your food but it is a slap in the face when you pay for something and don’t get it. LS
