- OKOn The Road With KatJul 14, 20261.0Been to jacks about 4 or five times for lunch and never going back to the laurel location. Waited in drive thru and had been forgotten about. The employee brought me out two orders that were for the people behind me. I had to inside and even then they gave me the wrong sandwich. Kept getting interrupted while trying to order and even when you go inside to order they still can't get it right. It's a waist of time ordering food from them.
