- BGBrizeida Guerrero2 days ago1.0Took abt 1 hour for our food to come out. There were people who came after us and they got their food first before us. Keep in mind we both have the exact same of number of ppl but they got 2 more extra people.

When we finally got a drink we ordered and proceeded to wait damn near an hour for our food. The server never brought us silverware, napkins, and never checked on us after we ordered; so we did not get a single refil. Highly dissapointed as we have been the past three visits.

We called and the manager had the missing wings driven out to us. You can't beat that kind of amazing customer service. 10/10 good job BWW team.
