  Ordered hot coffee and it was barely warm. Good coffee though.

  Stopped here passing through . They had people out in line to take our order. Then we sat in line for 20 minutes before they brought out our one cup of coffee. Then because there was a truck in front of us still waiting on there order we had to sit behind them for another ten minutes! They could have let that vehicle move out of the way instead of holding up many many orher people. Again they took everyone’s orders long before they got to the window. Y’all really need to do better. Worst 7 Brew I’ve ever been to! Manager needs to do better and put the focus on the ones at the window to keep the line moving.

  Every member of the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to serve with a smile. And the Sweet and Salty Frozen Chiller hits just right EVERY time.

  Stopped to get my wife a caramel drizzled green apple drink no energy like we got yesterday and attendant kept saying oh you want apple pie machiatto and we kept saying no Carmel drizzle she finally said "I got you" and we paid. We get to pick up and girl there say you got the machiatto right and we say no caramel drizzle and I hear the girls inside saying quite loudly I've already made these and you can't get caramel drizzle green apple no energy. So attendant asked if I want to speak to manager. So rather than argue about how order was messed up just got refund and moved on. Not sure why we can't get drink we got yesterday tonight or why my order was put in wrong even after questioning attendant and being told "got you". I'm sure my wife will go back but I won't be

  I visited this location twice over the weekend while in Laurel. The service was not good, the kids didn’t even act like they wanted to be there. The girl that took my order was trying to chat everyone from a tip i should not have to remind the staff that they get tips she laughed it off and that’s where the kids make the money. One girl was just standing around trying to look like a 7Brew model. She did nothing as work related one girl was giving people the side eye when she was taking orders like we were bothering her. This was by far the worst experience i have ever had with a 7 brew. No one really knew what was going on and only 1 or 2 wanted to be there. As a long standing customer with 7 brew i expect better attitudes and service. The franchise owner needs to be physically involved with this location before it fails epically.
