  These drinks are very sugary and the taste isn’t great. Starbucks is a much better drink.

  Disappointed. Waited 15 minutes in line while the other drive-thru lane kept moving and getting orders out. Our lane was completely backed up, all the way out into the street, with no explanation or acknowledgment from staff. Extremely disappointing experience. Will not be returning to this location.

  I went here yesterday after excellent service in Hattiesburg the day before. I asked for no ice because they put a lot of it in your drink. She said if I want full no ice it will be a $1 extra so I said light ice. I got my drink it was full of ice. I told her I asked for light ice. She got my cup poured ice out and tea then gave it to me not full. I said it’s not full. I told her what the young lady said taking my order then she said that’s not how it works. Firstly, I told her they need to get on the same page. Secondly, I don’t want this drink you took my lid off and tampered with. She said well we all make the drinks I said did you make that one no you’re passing them out and you had the nerve to take off my lid then pour some out then give it back not full. I’ve already was sitting there for a while. Another young lady came I believe a mgr she was real sweet. I even offered to pull up she said no girl stay right here. I got my drink and left. Well my free drink was good and full of ice. I got home to drink the other one I paid for it was watered down. I’m never going back to any locations! -100
