  On July 6, 2026, I visited Wingstop #453 to pick up lunch. Since there are now few places to eat in downtown Jackson, I decided to give Wingstop a try. During that visit, I was assisted by an employee named Reniecia. While I was picking up my order, she recommended one of the restaurant's new menu items—the Chamoy wings. Since then, I've visited Wingstop #453 several times during the workweek, and Reniecia has consistently been pleasant, polite, and attentive to both my needs and those of every customer who walks through the door. She not only remembers my name, but she often already knows what I'm going to order as soon as I walk in. That level of customer service is rare and is exactly the kind of person every business owner should want representing their brand. My food has always been fresh, accurate, and ready on time. I sincerely hope Reniecia's outstanding work ethic and dedication are recognized and appreciated. Employees like her are a big reason customers keep coming back. I look forward to my next visit.

  Idk who that man or woman was at the counter but I was picking up a DoorDash and this is literally the only place that asks for id, an id to pick up food especially at this location is insane. Didn’t state that before hand made me walk all the way back to my car cause there is no parking and snatched my id from me and gave me an attitude. Not the kind of person you want at ur front counter place was already a mess the people don’t need to be a mess too. I was in there at 10:06 pm if you wanna clock it

  I placed an online order at this Wingstop location and discovered when I got home that the two ranch dressings I paid for were missing. I drove 15 minutes and 8.8 miles back to get the items, and since I was already returning, I placed a second order. What disappointed me most was the complete lack of customer service. When I explained the missing items, I wasn’t met with an apology, concern, or acknowledgment—just handed three ranch dressings, with one extra as if that alone compensated for the inconvenience. When I asked the manager, Chelsea, if there would be any actual compensation for the mistake and the extra trip, she responded, “I gave you an extra ranch.” After spending additional time, gas, and money, the dismissive attitude was more frustrating than the missing items. Very disappointing experience.

  Worst ever to order i waited 2 hours for my order i never got my order i never got my refund i talked to staff i called there main office they said they can do nothing about it absolute fraud no food no money refund trash quality service never coming back here !!!!
