  Ordered the 30 + 10 piece wings garlic parm, fries with parm on top. But it was just fried nuggets with parm sprinkled on top. Was extremely salty so we couldnt eat them! The fries was soggy and meh. Definitely not worth $70. Could have went to Walmart and saved a fortune. Never again.

  This used to be by far the best location I will drive far to eat here. Well this is the second time my order has been cold and drinks horrible due to the machine not working. Don't talk about how long I waited. I will never be back to this location again.

  Absolutely unacceptable experience, especially after spending around $70 on one order. I ordered 40 wings — 4 flavors, 10 of each — plus fried corn, Voodoo Fries, and veggie sticks. After waiting about an hour for delivery, I received only 20 wings, corn, and veggie sticks. The fries and HALF of my wings were missing, and the bag appeared to have already been opened. Given how much food was missing and the condition of the bag, I was seriously concerned that the order had been tampered with during delivery. My boyfriend then had to drive to Wingstop himself to get THEIR mistake corrected, completely defeating the purpose of delivery. While there, an older male employee gave him an attitude and flat-out said he wasn’t going to reheat our food, which had gotten cold while we dealt with this mess. Thankfully, another employee stepped in and agreed to heat it up. And after ALL of that, THE ORDER WAS STILL WRONG. We ended up with only 30 of the 40 wings I paid for, and the flavors were portioned 10, 8, and 12 instead of the four sets of 10 I ordered. Mistakes happen. But getting a $70 order wrong twice, making a customer drive to the restaurant to fix it, giving them an attitude when they arrive, and STILL not providing all the food they paid for is ridiculous. I paid for 40 wings. I received 30. It really is that simple. I hope management looks into this because this wasn’t just one mistake — it was a complete failure from delivery to customer service to the attempted correction. At the bare minimum, customers should receive what they paid for.

  My boyfriend order chicken tenders and they gave him wings did not try to rectify the situation or nothing ! Don’t like this location everytime we go there something wrong with his order!

  The workers could be a little more friendly with customers. The atmosphere is ok and the wings where on point.
