  Literally the worst meal I had all year so far…. I spent $15 on garbage…. I had THEE driest breakfast toaster. The ocean water was low watery. And my French toast sticks were BRICKS!! They charged me 25¢ for jelly and I didn’t even get the jelly….. The service wasn’t bad. But it wasn’t anything spectacular either. The only thing I enjoyed were the tots….

  Terrible people. Terrible service. Asked for marinara that I paid for and didn’t give it to me. Said I’d pay but still didn’t get it. Irritated the snot outta me.

  If I could do negative stars I would but I can’t this store has gone so far down hill it’s not even funny I tried ordering food and people were just cutting up hopping and hollering in the back so the girl taking my order couldn’t hear me so she messed up my order I order 2 smash burger meals with mozz sticks and 2 large drinks I tried to order a refresher was told I couldn’t have that drink with my combo so I switched drinks and still got stuff that was wrong I didn’t receive any of my mozzarella sticks at all my drinks were medium when they got to me I asked for large basically got told nah can’t do it this is ridiculous and the customer service is trash while all this was going on the manager on duty was just outside sitting at a table on her phone I will not be back to this location it is a poor excuse for a sonic if I were you I would stay away from it unless you want to pay for food and drinks you didn’t receive be met with less ideal customer service and a bunch of kids playing and not working while keeping you waiting there’s to many sonics around the Jackson area to go to this is and deal with these things
