  The following is based on my experience. PSA: If you order chicken wings, they will resemble chicken nuggets and, rather than tossed in sauce, drizzled with the sauce. Also, I had an issue with a pizza. Now, instead of asking if I wanted a refund, or a complimentary item, the manager decided to offer his personal discount on the next purchase. While it was better than nothing, I expected more.

  So I just left Papa John's to go get a doordash for a customer named Keke there 2 employees who look at me like 4 time didn't open the door continue to talk with each other. The moment I turn my back they open the door say what wrong I told me don't worry I got my pictures. Doordash has a contract with Papa John's they can cancel a contract when employees does things like this

  I order food on the app at 5 pm and 6:530 a worker called my phone trying verify a payment, of course I’m lost because I always pay with cash and door dash never bring my food a papa John’s worker always bring my food, the worker put on hold after talking because something needed to be clear with the manager trying figure out the problem when I’ve never had one, so the manger gets on the phone rude as hell and I’m trying to explain while I’m on hold and etc and go smart with me. I’ll never order from here again I don’t care if I do have drive to Madison. I’ve been waiting a whole hr and something on some food that we never received!!!! Customer service sucks!!!! And I will be sending corporate a email , I’ve never had this problem
