- JMJames Vil MacApr 12, 20261.0I had the worst experience ever at McDonald’s. Around 11:40 pm, we went here. The lady at the drive-thru was extremely rude from the start. While I was still placing my order at the speaker, she had a bad attitude and cut us off before we were even finished, then told us to move forward and pay. When we got to the payment window, we explained that we weren’t done ordering, and she responded, “That’s not my problem.” She even complained to her coworker right in front of us about us adding more to the order — which only happened because she interrupted us in the first place. At the pickup window, things didn’t get any better. Another employee told us to wait for our food but gave no timeframe. When the food was finally ready, she handed it to us with a very rude attitude and poor customer service. I’ve always loved McDonald’s, but this location’s staff showed terrible behavior and complete lack of professionalism. Very disappointing experience!
