  This store is closed. At 1:44 p.m. and on the web it showing hours of operation 11:00 til 8:00. Please be kind and update you website to reflect business status. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

  Apparently this location is closed down. Once again another chain closing in the Jackson area is this come entirely too ridiculous!

  Drove all the way here, app said it was open, got here, it was closed and empty. Walked through the pouring rain for nothing.

  Jimmy John’s has really gone downhill. It’s frustrating because their closing times are completely inconsistent — it changes every single day. I ordered a sandwich online, drove over to pick it up, and the store was closed. A worker walked out, told me she canceled my order, and drove off. I never received a call, message, or any notice. This isn’t the first time it’s happened. I go to Jimmy John’s every Friday evening, and now you can’t even order online anymore. I tried calling both the Flowood and Jackson locations — no answer from either one. Are they closing? The drink machines are out most of the time, and the whole operation feels poorly managed. I love Jimmy John’s, so it’s disappointing to see it being run so terribly.
