  Apparently they ran out of normal straws so we got milkshake straws didn’t give us any mustard and we ordered it but food was good 2 star

  The two Sonic blast that we ordered were liquidy and watery running like water and not thick like usual. When we asked if we could get replacements the girl came out and told us that because of company rules they could not take the two Sonic blasts that we had ordered and they would just get new ones. 5 minutes later she came back to the car and asked if she could have our Sonic blast violating the very code that she told us she was not allowed to do 5 minutes before. We waited 10 minutes for our new blast as three different employees watched and laughed at us through the window

  I've really tried not to post negative but this has happened multiple times now. We come and order ice cream. Wait 20 minutes. We get $30 worth of ice cream (4 ice cream one slush) and it is all no more than milk. Literally we drive straight home (6 miles) and put them in the freezer for 2 hours just to have them pass as milkshakes. 2 out 3 kids told me their orders were wrong and when I go to get mine for a sweet snack before bed it is heartbreaking. I ordered a chocolate chunk brownie blast. I got chocolate ice-cream, chocolate syrup, and a little whip cream. I guess when I saw it in the drink carrier the whipped cream with syrup popping through fooled me. I am so disappointed in my $7 blast. Pretty depressing to have this happen over and over.
