  Apparently they ran out of normal straws so we got milkshake straws didn’t give us any mustard and we ordered it but food was good 2 star

  The two Sonic blast that we ordered were liquidy and watery running like water and not thick like usual. When we asked if we could get replacements the girl came out and told us that because of company rules they could not take the two Sonic blasts that we had ordered and they would just get new ones. 5 minutes later she came back to the car and asked if she could have our Sonic blast violating the very code that she told us she was not allowed to do 5 minutes before. We waited 10 minutes for our new blast as three different employees watched and laughed at us through the window

  Even when I pay they just will not give me my sauces, also when they run out of route 44 cups they won't tell you or make it right so you're just screwed out of the extra money you spent. I give up on this place. Was great again for a little bit but just went back downhill.
