Get my drink AND PAY, then told to pull forward. After 15 min past i HAD TO LEAVE FOR WORK...absolutely ridiculous and shameful

- BWBrianna WilliamsAug 23, 20261.0Well for starters, I watched someone pick up ice cream they had scooped and dropped, pick it up with their hand and put it in a customers cup. I had to wait in line for 45 minutes bc the cashier was more focused on a mobile order that was still sitting there not picked up when I left. There was 10 plus people in line and we all waited while she took on order then walked away. We were also under the impression that the topping for fries that was jacks signature thing was on their fries everyday but according to the manager she told her employees not to use it except on Monday’s and I’m just confused. Brandi is the cashier and each time I’ve even there she is rude & slow. She doesn’t have people skills & she has no idea how to run a front counter correctly. It wasn’t busy enough at all for the 45 minutes I had to wait.
