  08/16/26 5pm. 1st time in and last. You cant add a sonic blast to anything. This is just dumb, so your making less money turning down uncharted add ons. Make it make sense! Your parking lot is stupid if you have a full size truck! Non of your credit card machines work so you set yourself up with your number being stolen because they take it back inside! This whole set up is all wrong!

  Ordered online got two burgers no onions got home went to eat one of them it had onions. I can’t have onions bc I’m allergic. Checked my other sandwich had onion couldn’t eat that one either. Have tried calling location all I get is a busy signal reported it online and no response. I had to take Benadryl to contact my reaction. Have not beable To come to store due to no feeling well but wow. I need a corporate number bc I want my money back

  My wife went to this establishment to get her and our girls some food. She place and order and when she got it she checked the order before she left and found that she was missing a meal. The workers proceeded to argue with my wife and told her she was a liar and a thief who was trying to get free food. So my wife got upset and threw the food and told them to keep her money and the food. That is unacceptable behavior to accuse a costumer of lying and stealing when it’s your job to prepare the food and make sure everything is in the bag that the costumer ordered. So disappointed in this place but after how my wife was treated I firmly believe that costumers should avoid this location and go to another that has better service and actually cares for their customers. I hope that upper management will make this right because customers don’t deserve to be treated this way for trying to make sure we get what we pay for. God bless!!

  I placed a mobile order for my family of four and requested 12 honey mustard packets, which was clearly listed on my receipt. When I received my order, I checked the bag and found only three honey mustard containers instead of the amount I ordered. I pulled up to one of the ordering stalls to let them know I was missing my sauce. I was told they had placed four in the cup carrier instead of the bag. I explained that there were only three and that I needed the rest because my family specifically wanted the honey mustard we had ordered. The employee said she would send someone out with the remaining sauce, but the person who came outside appeared to be bringing it, then turned around and went back inside without giving me anything. At that point, I didn’t want to keep arguing, so I left. As a result, one of my family members didn’t get the honey mustard they were supposed to have. It was a frustrating experience, especially since I only wanted the items that were included with my order. Normally, i would never go out of my way to write a review like this, but this situation just completely blew my mind. (Also the food was good but the fries were a little cold)

  The only thing I buy from Sonic are the drinks. My fave for decades has been the cherry limeade but for the past few yrs its tasted like flavored soda water. The sprite drink sucks. They need McDonalds sprite strength.
