Went threw the drive thru this evening asked for my food to be freshly made bc due to visit a few days before my burgers were old and cold and nasty so I had to throw them out and wasted like 7 dollars tonight I wasted 11 dollars bc my burgers were not fresh. I even waited extra time for them to be made fresh. Tried calling store bc I was already home and no answer and with it being the 4th there no way I’m getting back out and going to store. So sad. I just want a refund and I will never be going back to McDonald’s again. McDonald’s has gone way down hill and not worth the money they charge. You get horrible food and employees who seem to hate their job!!!

I dont think I even have to say it... Im just mad I wasted my money at. This McDonald's have some really nice workers, but the food quality consistency is 👎👎👎👎👎 and on top of this, I was already too far away to turn back.
I also ordered a SEC muffin SUB the round egg for scrambled egg on the sandwich (I ordered the same sandwich a week or so ago) and both times, they didn't put scrambled eggs on it.

The whole McDonalds is ran by KIDS, Nobody answers the intercom at night but they are running around inside ignoring the heavy line outside. Takes a minimum of 20-25 mins to get your food just for it to be wrong and cold.

I came through the drive through and was greeted at the speaker by a young lady who was clearly eating or chewing.because she was smacking which I think is very but she was nice, and I placed my order and gave my drink flavor and asked for no ice, then I made it to the second window where the manager who handed me my order and I noticed my drink had ice in it and I said calmly ma’am the drink was supposed to have no ice, and immediately you could see immediately she was annoyed and asked me to pull down to a third window just to wait on my drink with no ice which I clearly stated to the young lady who took my order so she walked off when all she had to do was hand me my drink. When she returned to the window she had another order in her hand, so I asked why I just couldn’t get my drink so that I my food wouldn’t get cold which it was just warm when she gave it to me she then stated she had other orders to pass out and couldn’t do two things at once so I had to pull down to the 3rd window where I waited a total of 5 additional minutes for a drink with no ice like I had ordered. The manager at the 2nd window didn’t give me my drink but a new young lady with braces handed it to me and I asked her for the manager and she confirmed to me the woman at the 2nd window was the manager so I asked her name and the girl tensed up and said uh I can’t tell you that and when I asked her what was her name she closed the window in my face. I called the store and a asked if I was speaking to management and she replied yes so I asked again her name and she asked me why. If the manager is this frustrated to correct someone’s order that McDonald’s got wrong why not be mad at the young lady who took the order who got it wrong and didn’t give me my total at the speaker so I couldn’t see if she got it right but yet you get mad at the paying customer and have me waiting in line 5 additional minutes just for a drink just to be low down which is so unprofessional and I will be writing a Google review which the rating for the store is already a 2.5. This store needs new management immediately

If i could give this a zero or -1 I would. Horrible service, horrible service. We were in line well before closing, put in the order thru the app. No one answered at the microphone to confirm our order and then when we finally got to the window it was 1 am and they told us they were closed, and laughed at us when we explained all the previous stuff......didnt give us our order and shut the window on us....so they owe me $13.
