    This location has been by far the worst managed location I’ve ordered from. There is nothing convenient about this location. Lines are always wrapped all the way around the building. Why can management not properly staff this location. There is 1 person in this store right now having to run the whole thing by herself. Horrible management. She definitely deserves a raise for having to put up with this.

    Every time I order food, I’m always missing at least half my order and I get it when it’s once in a while, But it is every time. This is very disappointing.

    We were treated so rudely by a young girl. The kiosks didn't work, and a couple of people just waited until someone noticed us. If it wasn't for the employee who had just come off her shift we would still be there waiting for our order. All that was fine, you could see the staff working as hard as they could for the drive thru, but not the patrons inside. The manager was calm and kind but did not really discuss the situation or attempt to make it right. Another employee saw how we were treated, wish I knew her name, and gave the group icecream. I have to give a 2 for service as I've never been treated so rudely. The young girl even snatched a receipt off another customer's bag and he said whoa! One women left so upset she almost left her kid. At the end the young girl came to our table to discard trash and was very pleasant. Maybe she was overwhelmed. Young, and new at a job. Hopefully she won't treat others the way she treated me and two others.

    consistently the worst mcdonald’s i have ever been to. the staff is rude, a few weeks ago the manager seemed annoyed when i came in to get my order replaced (after the staff gave me the completely wrong order), tonight when i ordered the mcflurry it was only filled up to half way, and the service time is always ridiculously slow

    SERVICE IS ALWAYS SLOW. I prefer any location but this one this is the second time I’ve came here & they have literally every car in the line to pull up. If I do a mobile order ahead of time why do I need to wait still, 20 minutes waiting then they don’t know who’s order is who when they do bring your food out &the food is always cold this was definitely my last time coming to this location.
