I came to pick up my mobile order and the general manager, whose name I didn’t catch, was so kind! It’s not often you have experiences at a quick serve restaurant where people make the effort to talk. Not only that, but my bowl was loaded and so fresh! I wouldn’t have expected it to be so good during a pretty dead hour of the day, but it was the most delicious meal I’ve had at any Chipotle!

They wouldn’t unlock the doors at open time, me and several other customers waited outside for a good six minutes at the door after opening time. When they finally did open the door, we all stood in line -about 8 of us and were ignored for several minutes before being acknowledged. Then they ‘didn’t have any’ of the veggies I was trying to order. So I left with disappointment and not a meal that I anticipated. I don’t think I’ll return, I felt unwelcome and an inconvenience more than anything by the lack of friendliness and no organization I received from that store.
