  The staff is nice. The guacamole is very bland no salt no lime. Also the chicken is not seasoned. When they first opened this location the food was on point , now almost everything I have tried at this location is bland food. 👎🏾👎🏾

  It was filthy in there people just standing around. Too many areas empty why wait until it's gone go whip or refill the spaces. I actually let to go get gas to come back aftering seeing the young lady grab a towel I thought to clean it was STILL filthy after I came back. They tortillas chips was stail I spent $28 in there just buy adding extra to just think I could of went to the store gave no service and made a home meal to eat on probably second & third. Get it together youngsters it's a blessing to get a job act like it's yours and care. I should of took a picture but it would of been rude in their faces

  First time I’ve came to this location and felt unwelcome and rushed & the food wasn’t good at all. Me and my son came today to eat lunch and the lady was rushing us thru the line so much that she was forgetting to add stuff to our bowls. Then we got our food and sat down to eat and the food is just as bland as idk what. The cilantro like sauce is like water. I ordered guacamole on my bowl and on the side and she literally gave me like a teaspoon of guac on my bowl. The chips aren’t salted and the chicken is like eating a raw piece of chicken. This is the first time I’ve ever had an issue at this location. The manager was rude and just not pleasant. I was trying to ask her questions and just talk to her and she wasn’t pleasing at all. I will be going back to the Southaven location. I’m highly disappointed

  I picked up my Chipotle order through the pickup window today, July 8, around 2:10 PM, and the customer service I received was extremely rude and disappointing. I waited at the window for quite a while before anyone acknowledged me. When the employee finally opened the window, there was no greeting or apology for the wait. She simply said, “What can I get?” in a very short and unfriendly tone. I told her I had a pickup order under my name, and she did not respond at all. She grabbed my bag, handed it to me very abruptly, and immediately closed the window without saying anything else. The interaction felt dismissive, rushed, and unnecessarily rude. I understand that employees may be busy or having a long day, but customers should still be treated with basic respect, especially when simply picking up an order. This was not a welcoming or professional experience at all, and it left a very negative impression.
