  Every time I go to this place they do not have the product you need Arby's always says they have the meet but then they don't have it this is very poor restaurant especially at a truck stop they always say that they ran out that they only pull out so much at 2:00 in the afternoon they don't have no cheese steak and another time they didn't have the French dip and it's pretty much every week that you go that they say that they ran out that they didn't pull out enough me as a manager I would at least know exactly what my cells are and have the product that I need

  I visited at approximately 9:40 pm 7/9/2026 I was greeted by a young woman by the name of Alecia she was so helpful and sweet as can be she made sure I had everything that ordered and she made sure it was fresh as well

  Not impressed at all. My husband and I ordered beef n cheddar sandwiches, both were cold. We were charged for large fries that were maybe half-full. At least 2 of the soda dispensers were out of syrup. No napkins or lids to fit our cups. And the cashier was very rude, cutting me off before I was finished ordering.
