    I pulled up and ordered the special, I was told “We’re out of that”. Then I ordered something else off the menu 3 times and I was told “I don’t know what you’re saying” then I ordered something else and I was told “Alright, is that it”. When I pulled up the attitude was aggressive like I was taking up her time and needed to get out of there. She handed me the food and when I said thank you she closed the door. The food was good but it was a rough ordering experience.

    Not impressed at all. My husband and I ordered beef n cheddar sandwiches, both were cold. We were charged for large fries that were maybe half-full. At least 2 of the soda dispensers were out of syrup. No napkins or lids to fit our cups. And the cashier was very rude, cutting me off before I was finished ordering.

    The young lady rushed threw my order as if I was begging pe somethinand totally made it wrong I love Arby's but her customer satisfaction was not right and to totally mes la my order up I feel was intentional she was very rude I understand people havebto work but if you can't stand or don't like just quite because I am a paying customer that felt very disrespected

    No cheesesteak, the girl taking orders in another zone not paying attention to the person trying to place the order, ice machine is empty and half of the sodas are water, fries are way to salty

    5/21/2026 9:45pm drive thru. Young girl was zoned out when my wife ordered and made a weird face at my wife. Then had my wife pull up to the front door. Took around 10 to 15 minutes for two sandwiches. There was no one behind us nor was the restraunt busy. Zero people in it. Wife's order was slopply put together. Chedder roast beef, appeared to have arby sauce poured onto the cheese. We did not complain directly didnt figure it would go well. We will avoid this entire loves/arbys location on future trips.
