  Approximately around 5pm 9/20 service was great we made a pit stop for gas and loved the hospitality Arby’s blew me away with her personality even offered me different options due to there menu being down food was fresh lobby was clean restroom was clean Loves greeted me as soon as walked in

  What is wrong with this country when the cashier can’t count change and the manager doesn’t even know what a market fresh sandwich is? Do better !

  Hot ham and cheese was cold cheese wasn’t even melted, bread was not toasted like normal and very stale, fries were so old we literally spit them out. Wrap had so much honey mustard on it, it was literally seeping out of the tortilla and wrapper. Cheesesticks were the only thing edible out of the $30 worth of food we got. Pitiful.

  Every time I go to this place they do not have the product you need Arby's always says they have the meet but then they don't have it this is very poor restaurant especially at a truck stop they always say that they ran out that they only pull out so much at 2:00 in the afternoon they don't have no cheese steak and another time they didn't have the French dip and it's pretty much every week that you go that they say that they ran out that they didn't pull out enough me as a manager I would at least know exactly what my cells are and have the product that I need
