  I have bragged for years how respectful the teenagers are that work here. Like chick fil a level friendly. Today my husband wanted a jamocha shake. We made the 20 minute drive and when he asked for extra flavor, Rosey didnt know what he was talking about, then said she would see if it would "work" the shake sucked. We spent 33.00 so it wasn't a cheap meal. My cheese sticks weren't cooked all the way and when I questioned it she saod they just came out of the fryer but that wasn't my problem, they weren't cooked! She took the other 3 out of the cardboard that were touching my half eaten one and put them back in the fryer. Very loud static music playing Christian music and I was very dissatisfied today and disappointed in the service to say the least.

  I generally don’t complain because I took myself have worked in fast food, but if you give somebody the exact change EXACT!! For example a lg sweet tea is $3.48 with tax and all, I give you $5.48 and you give me $1.95?? It’s $2 2 whole $1 bills. I’m worried you employee at the window this day can’t count.

  Food and service are fine, but the choice to play Christian music is a bit off putting. Perhaps playing more neutral music would be a better choice. Don’t wanna be preached at while I eat a curly fry.
