  Went in with my family for a bathroom break and snack on our drive. Bathrooms had cereal of all things scattered all over the floor (fruity pebbles) and service was non existent. Kiosks were down and 5 people in back kept looking at us but no one came forward to take our order. After we were 3 families deep waiting for service, I let them know the kiosks were down. No one looked at us after that but ignored us completely. Needless to say we and the other 2 families left. Not sure if it was pure laziness or the fact that all 3 families were too white for service but it wasnt going to be given either way. Not impressed in the least.

  Just had one of the worst experiences ever at a McDonald’s. Ordered on the kiosk because we were ignored at the register with at least 3 employees looking dead at us. Then the “cashless” kiosk wouldn’t take cashless payment so had to wait again at the register anyways. We ordered 1 Medium ICED MOCHA, 1 Large ICED CARAMEL MACCHIATO with extra caramel and an extra espresso shot, & a plain sundae. After about 15 minutes we got 1 medium ICED CARAMEL MACCHIATO & 1 Large ICED CARAMEL MACCHIATO both lids and cup completely covered in caramel so had to clean that off to even hold it & a somewhat plain sundae as it had caramel all over the top of the lid. When we told the woman the medium was supposed to be an ICED MOCHA. She said “ok?” and looked at us like “oh well drink it anyways”. When we insisted we get what we ordered she went to remake it. Comes out with a drive through order and said “it’s making” She then brings out a HOT coffee in a cold cup. So still not an ICED Mocha. When we were decent enough to ask about throwing away the wrong one so they didn’t have a mess to clean up she said “you can just throw it away”. At which point she was asked “won’t that leave a big mess for y’all to clean up” she then jerked it back and took it. We should’ve just put it in the trash anyways since she was rude. Go to Waffle House they were way better!

  Absolutely not fast food! Staff was not concerned about the customers at all. One employee was even on Facetime while she was supposed to be filling orders. Waited so long to pay for order from the kiosk it was lost. Then another order in our group was paid for and disappeared before it was filled. Worst 45 minute experience to get food. We were in a group so we had to wait for the last 2 orders or we would have walked out.

  I wish I could give this place 0 stars. We keep trying to give this place a chance and it fails every time. The food was horrible and they were out of almost everything. Plus, some employee left a half of a disgusting cigarette and their lighter on the seat. I have never been to a worse McDonalds.
