  Food was ok, but the customer service SUCKS. The older lady with the blonde braids has THE worst attitude I've ever experience in food service! I will be sticking to the Wingstop by USM instead.

  The absolute worst customer service. The employees lost my order and were incredibly rude about it and didn’t want to look up my order number. They did finally remake my order, which was appreciated, but not before an employee shouted at me in front of the other patrons… Food came out barely seasoned. Not to mention you can barely hear yourself think over the music. Just go ahead and drive to the other location or find somewhere else to eat.

  Zero stars if I could. Clearly the manager does not care about the quality of his own work nor those of his employees. Absolutely appalling service, RUDE and nasty employees who are clearly miserable that they have to work at Wingstop. Guess what? It’s not my fault you work there! This location should be highly embarrassed of themselves and everyone who works here. Waited 45 minutes for them to say they lost my order and couldn’t find it, implying that I was lying when I had the confirmation email. I don’t even want to eat the food for fear that they’ve done something to it. Awful, awful, awful excuse for a business and human beings. Do better or find another job.

  This review is simply about service. Who does the hiring? This spot is just like the one Hardy Street. A young girl answering the phone with an attitude, bad customer service skills, was talking and laughing with someone while I was trying to order. After she finished, "Oh, what you say?" I guess I'm going to personally boycott this one too. You have to do better with these people you all are hiring.

  I came to visit the day that you had family day, I want to thank you for inviting us for a free meal, my granddaughter works there and we love ❤️ the food and we love the atmosphere ♥️, I think that the staff is terrific, we all hear bad things about places and we all have opinions, mine is I think that you guys are off to a great job 👏 😀 ❤️
