- SCSummer CNov 19, 20252.0I understand the intent behind the new kiosk, but it brings an all time low to customer service. I had to order a footlong just to get the type of sandwich I wanted. Then, I couldn't just buy the sandwich. The kiosk would not let me move on until I purchased a chip and drink combo too. Manager tried to help, but every option she gave me was to buy a sandwich that was more expensive then the one I wanted and they would change things behind the counter to make it work. Then my sandwich still had things on it that it wasn't supposed too 😅 and it wasn't even busy hour.

It claims that the order will be done in around 15 minutes, and it will even show that the order is completely done as well. In reality, it is never done by then. I had to wait 45 minutes from ordering before it was actually done.
