  Ordered on the app and parked in a mobile order pickup only slot. Waited 10 minutes past expected delivery time for the 2 drinks we ordered. Eventually got out of my car and went to the standing order screen and pressed the button. It timed out 4 times with no response from an employee.

  I usually don’t complain about things like this but I placed my order for 2 simple milkshakes on the app. The order was placed at 10:09 and said it would be ready at 10:15. I arrived at one of the mobile app only stalls around 10:20 and checked in on the app only to sit there for 30+ minutes after the order was supposed to be ready. Finally at 11:00 I decided to pull around to a regular stall and pressed the red button and told them I had a mobile order. They said “We don’t see an order under your name. Would you like to wait a few minutes and see if it comes through?” I said that I had been waiting long enough and explained the situation. They promptly brought out 2 disgusting melted milkshakes and said that they had been sitting there since the order was placed and not brought out because “the ticket never came through” No offers to remake the milkshakes either…. I was too tired to even be bothered to. Pictured is my milkshake that had to be eaten with a bowl and spoon 🤨

  Waited for 30 minutes for my mobile order still didn’t get it late to work so I had to leave. Service is not good. Do not recommend.

  The customer service here today was ridiculous. I ordered a refresher that tasted like straight water, so I politely asked if I could just swap it out for a sweet tea. I was super nice about it, but the staff got weirdly petty and intentionally messed up the replacement drink just to be rude. I ended up throwing both drinks right in their trash can. There was no reason to be that petty and unprofessional when a customer is being perfectly respectful. Save your money and go to a different sonic location.

  food 1/5 didn’t even get to taste the food. service 1/5, no cars took 40 mins to not even answer because i went to cook out. armosphere, 1/5, two homeless people outside. this is ridiculous, let’s pull ourselves together here.
