  Waited 22 minutes for food. One onion ring, a junior burger, frito wrap junior, and two floats. They were NOT busy. They also clicked off our order on their board at minute 5 to make it look better for their food times. I used to manage a sonic. I know how that goes. We also called in and asked for a cup of ice, which we never received. Frito were so stale there was no crunch at all. Onion rings tasted like they were made a week ago. Will not be back.

  Stopped here on a roadtrip to get a drink and use the bathroom. The womens was locked and "out of order." I was instructed to use the men's bathroom and it was gross. Dead roach on the floor, toilet was not clean or attached to the floor properly. Hopefully they will put more effort into working facilities and cleanliness.

  I ordered a chocolate Oreo shake online on Tuesday, February 3rd. What I received instead was just a regular Oreo shake. While it wasn’t bad, it definitely wasn’t what I ordered or what I had been craving all shift. I was genuinely excited for this shake, so the disappointment really hit when I peeled back the whipped cream, took that first hopeful bite, and realized there was no chocolate whatsoever. It honestly ruined the moment. The Oreo shake was fine, but it did not hit the spot at all, and I was internally upset afterward because I had been looking forward to that chocolate Oreo flavor specifically. When you’re craving something all day, getting the wrong order is such a letdown. Please double-check orders moving forward. Update February 2026: I am adding photos to show the difference between what is advertised and what I received. The menu image clearly shows a fully chocolate blended shake with Oreo pieces mixed evenly throughout. What I was given was pale and mostly vanilla colored with little to no chocolate blended in. I returned it to have it corrected, and the remake still was not properly blended. Instead of being mixed throughout the shake, the Oreos were simply placed on top with whipped cream. When customers pay for a specific item shown on the menu, it should be prepared as advertised. I was polite and gave the location the opportunity to fix it, but I still left disappointed.

  Stopped in to grab a quick breakfast while traveling. They have a great breakfast burrito and the french vanilla iced coffee is always good. One of the better Sonics I've been to.
