  Food is great, atmosphere is good! Only thing, I wish the drive through would operate a little differently. If a persons order is not ready, they should not be allowed to sit and take up the drive through. Have them pull around or something. Those who arrive at the time their order is set to be picked up or even show up afterwards have to sit in the drive through behind that vehicle and wait, sometimes for lengthy periods of time.

  Pan pizza is no longer pan pizza. It’s more like hand tossed and the hand tossed is more like a floppy version of thin and both taste weird now. Pizza Hut just keeps digging their grave deeper and deeper.

  Something has changed, Pizza taste old, no sauce no cheese. Long waits in lobby, and drive-through. No good customer service they barely speak to you or talk to you. The buffet is trash, old salad, warm and unappetizing. I keep giving this location chance after chance because it is convenient to my house. But something has to change. Mgmt. check on your people, encourage them to make the pizzas correctly and teach them customer service. I see it’s a young team there they can do it.

  Went to pick up a pizza today and waited 30 minutes over my quoted time! Employees were unable to help or update me on if my pizza was being made or not. Every question was followed with "i don't know" as an answer. By the time i got my pizza, it was cold!

  We've been to this Pizza Hut more times than I can count, especially for the lunch buffet. We may not go back for awhile! At this time Thomas Farms iceberg lettuce is causing health problems all over the nation. I asked the cashier if their lettuce had been checked and was it safe. She looked at me like I had three heads. "It's as safe as it will ever be," was her response. We looked for a table, every non-occupied table was covered with dirty plates, glasses and cutlery. I cleaned off two tables so we and another couple could have a place. On to the buffet - there were 4 pieces of either ham and pineapple or something covered with jalapeños for the 6 people standing there waiting for food. It took almost 5 minutes for other pizzas to arrive and when they did, they were ham and pineapple and, pepperoni covered with jalapeños! It continued this way until we left, and by the way we were still hungry. And they workers, 3 and a manager, were working at a snails pace. Manager was working, but not to the point she noticed all that was going on. This restaurant has NEVER been like this! We are both so very disappointed.
