  Placed a mobile order tonight—nothing unusual, I only eat here about once or twice a month. I was asked to pull forward and wait, which is fine, but I watched multiple cars behind me get their food first. When I finally got my food and drove down the road, I opened my "plain bacon McDouble" to find it was missing a whole patty, covered in onions, and looked so pathetic and skimpy I wouldn't have even fed it to my dog. It looked like it was made out of pure spite. I drove back, and the woman at the drive-thru window was incredibly hostile. She demanded a receipt, and when I explained it was a mobile order, she gave me massive attitude about pulling it up on my phone (my bag didn't even have the order ticket on it). Her miserable attitude was comical—she acted like remaking a botched burger was coming out of her own paycheck. Thankfully, I pulled forward and spoke to a young male associate who was awesome. He took care of it and remade the sandwich himself, and the remake was actually fantastic. Shout out to him for saving the day and doing great work, but management seriously needs to address the woman at the window who seems intent on making everyone else as miserable as she is.

  Got a bacon quarter pounder today for lunch and it was raw. A week or so ago I ordered another meal and the fries were raw

  I’m shocked this location has a low rating because I’ve had nothing but good experiences here. I came for breakfast frequently when I was pregnant lol and I still come every now and then and thought I should leave a review because they are always so friendly and everything is always fresh and correct.

  Its terrible don't waste your time or money. They are extremely unprofessional and will never get your order right. I have tried giving the benefit of a doubt. But it is an every time thing.

  My order was 1232, I made it clear that I wanted extra pickles,lettuce,onions, and ketchup with mustard. Whoever made this order please make sure they know next time when someone pays for it to give it them. You had one job, and you couldn’t even get that right. Even a child would understand what putting extra of some thing on something means.
