  Manager on duty was wiping her boob sweat , not once but three times by the fry station. Where other customers could see another manager was present did not say anything either. Then she loaded the fry machine and continued to load fries into the holder filling with thwm with the scoop but then touched them with her hands still. . Pretty sure the ac is broken as well. They are sweating really bad in there. Along waiting for my mobile order over 20 minutes of order time for a mcdouble amd a large fry another employee was also observed scratching his armpits wiping sweat from his forehead then grabbed the food to put into bags . Honestly I get it happens but the fact that it was repeatedly done was gross I had to look out the window I did end up just throwing my food away I was so grossed out. Along with that another employee was touching her lips and kept her hand on her face and was touching food and things as well. The drink station was out of lids and ehen another customer asked for a lid a different employee rolled her eyes. She had to be asked 3 times for a lid. The customer was extremely polite. Then when she asked for a carrier for her drinks she rolled her eyes again but the customer said thank you and she said nothing. I dont understand how this store is still in good standing 😕

  I had just placed an order for a filet o fish and a double filet o fish and they gave me both regular filet o fish not to mention one had a hair in it I’ve been there numerous times and this ant the first time they messed up or had hair in our food they won’t answer phones the food is cold they won’t get business from me anymore at this location

  I received my receipt at 10:08pm and was asked to pull into spot 1 I did no problem. I watched several customers receiving their food patiently I waited. I asked a guy where is my order was he went to check still I waited 20 minutes later I got my order with no apology but an excuse. My order was given away 3 cars ago. Smh they need a better system than please pull up.

  Both times I went I had to wait a ridiculously long time for my food. Went tonight and ordered online an HOUR before I went out and they still didn't have my food ready until I had already been waiting for half an hour in the store.

  Absolutely the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to due to the fact that it is the most poorly managed and most disorganized one we have been to. We went at 9 am for a “quick breakfast”. 🤣🤣 There were 12 employees in the back and several more just walking the eating area doing nothing or sitting at tables on their phones. We live in Hattiesburg and several people in line were from out of town, and they were complaining about the extremely slow and/or lack of service. (There were only 3 sets of customers in line- not packed) It was embarrassing and ridiculous. It took us over 20 minutes to get two cups of coffee and two oatmeals. One of the ladies in line had asked for coffee, and when she took the lid off it was only half full!). Fast food— A JOKE.
