I hadn’t eaten at a Five Guys in years, but one of my children asked to go, so I agreed. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The staff came across as unprofessional, acting vociferous and brash including wearing their hats tilted sideways in a way that felt inappropriate for a family dining environment. The employee who took our order had a poor attitude, spoke condescendingly and seemed to expect us to already know the menu options. When I asked what toppings were available, she responded dismissively and pointed to the menu board, saying something like, “they right there.” Because of the interaction, the order was not handled correctly my fries were missing, and a milkshake my daughter ordered was never made. The staff appeared distracted and overly loud, which added to the unorganized atmosphere. Overall, the experience felt chaotic and unprofessional for a family restaurant. The prices also felt quite high for what we received. We spent nearly $100 and left feeling disappointed with both the service and value, I do not plan to return to that location.

Like everywhere else, prices have gone up and food quality and weight have gone down!

The ladies in here did a great job. Very friendly, very quick (my burgers were ready by the time I hit the table with my drink) and the food quality was good. Can't ask for anything more. I'd definitely recommend this location.

Great burgers, just pricey, but the best burger you'll ever have.

I got the little burger no cheese fries no drink for $14 and some change I’m thinking this about to be dang on good for that price the burger was small one patty w pickles grilled onions ketchup mayonnaise the absolute worst burger meal I’ve ever had. And to think I got out of Chik Fila line to go to this and pay more for an awful taste. The bun was wet no taste whatsoever the fries were overflowing with disappointment. I will never ever ever eat here again. I couldn’t even finish the small burger and definitely not the fries. FYI everyone doesn’t like peanuts if that’s why it’s so costly
