I believe the service process needs to be improved to help expedite orders and reduce unnecessary wait times. My coffee was already prepared, but I still had to wait several minutes because the vehicle ahead of me was waiting for their order and there was no way for me to drive around them. Since I was on my way to work, I even asked whether the vehicle could be directed to a designated waiting area so other customers could proceed. It may be helpful to consider creating an expedited service option for customers whose orders are already prepared, were placed online in advance, or consist of simple items that can be completed quickly. This could significantly improve the flow of the drive-thru and provide a better experience for customers who are trying to get to work or other commitments on time.

The staff at this stand is always so friendly and personal and it makes my visit wonderful. This staff has been with me for an entire pregnancy. They did a gender reveal for me, checked in and offered support, and now love all over my baby every time I bring her through. Today they asked how she was and if she was enjoying time with her dad. It stands out and means so much to me every single time.

Costumer service was GREAT! I love the small talk!! Every time we wait for our drinks the workers make sure to talk to us about our days. It’s really just the small things that make this location our favorite! I’ve never been to this location and saw someone having a bad attitude! Love this and keep it up!

Seven Brew ALWAYS has the best customer service!! Jarred (not sure of the spelling) took our order and was so friendly and professional. We were then greeted by Rainah who insured our order was out promptly. Both gave excellent drink recommendations. Thank you Jarred and Rainah!
