  So as someone who has a reaction to dairy that’s fairly extreme not just a Regular intolerance I just say I’m allergic to it… well today I had someone ask me if I’m actually allergic to it when they were taking my order and I said yes… she proceeds to explain to me how if I’m not actually allergic that they have to go through all the trouble of cleaning off the machine and making sure that they use a different cup and all this other stuff …. Which I’m aware of that’s why I say I’m allergic so those things get done …no one has ever been that rude to question it….she didn’t press the allergy button and now I’m vomiting…. So I truly appreciate the fact that my inability to have dairy was not taken seriously. If someone tells you they’re allergic to something, you have no reason to question it whatsoever Really poor customer service.

  I had never been here before and came to try since my friend recommended it! The ordering process was a bit confusing because I didn’t know where to order exactly but once I got that sorted it out, a waitress named Carolina took my order and she was so kind!! After a short minute long wait, I got my drink which was absolutely refreshing!! Will definitely come back!

  Stopped by here the other day on my way to work and my drink was a 10/10! Luckily, there was this kind girl who took my order! She told me her name was Presly! She guided me through the menu and offered some awesome recommendations! She recommended the Large Cookie Butter Blondie Chiller, 3 times extra sweet, with caramel drizzle, cold foam, whip cream, and she told me that they can do that completely sugar-free and decaf! I opted in to adding 2 extra decaf shots for the flavor! Awesome job, 7Brew! Presly deserves a gold star!

They took my order quickly, made sure everything was correct, and had such a positive attitude that it made my day. My drink was made perfectly, and you can tell Presly truly cares about creating a great experience for every customer. Employees like Presly are a huge part of why I love coming to 7 Brew.
