  Terrible experience. Ordered my food and drink via door dash. The drink had no seal upon arrival, and the wings were completely UNsesasoned. My order a 10 piece, half galic parm half lemon pepper. I got 10 blond and bland wings. Called immediately, no answer, called 5 times the next day, no answer. Drive all the way to the store to find out they dont have phones anymore. A change like this should be published on the site, the app, tv, something. When I got there, had to wait for a night manager to get to work to even address the issue. The employees dont seem to like the place and its projected on to the customers. Every time I come here, no one is happy, everyone back there has an attitude making customers feel like they're wrong for patronizing the place. This young lady told me something about new ownership after I inquired about the phones. Well, new ownership needs to take ownership and maybe be visible and revisit new policy. I'm going to gauge my interaction with this night manager here in a few and if its anything less than basic customer service, I will be right back here because people need to know and should not spend money where the overall service is less than 1 star worthy.

  I love the freshness of there wings. The perfect crunch and my favorite 😋 lemon pepper 🌶 dipped in the blue cheese. Also the carrots and celery are a superb addition too the wings as well. But wait also a must try is the corn and fries.

  Our experience here was great! Food took a little while to come out, but taste and quality were delicious. One of the employees noticed we were eating in and offered us plates without us having to ask. Several other workers were also very friendly and kind as well. Overall, a very pleasant experience!

  "Best Wingstop I’ve been to, hands down. For the first time they wasn't even crowded, so you know they usually be popping. Get the Hawaiian boneless with lemon pepper fries and the veggie sticks. This place never lets me down. Also Go to Dollar Tree and buy a $1.25 loaf of bread. Wrap it around the boneless chicken and dip it in that sauce... you’ll go on a slapping spree! 😂😂 Plus you got extra 🥪 ,But don’t tell nobody."

  Today is 3-22-2026 I stopped by Wingstop earlier tonight around 7, and while I don’t usually eat Wingstop, my kids love it, so I decided to give it a try. I ordered the garlic wings, but they just weren’t for me. I went back to the store, and I have to say the customer service was amazing. The cashier, a very kind and patient lady, went above and beyond to help me find something I actually liked. She let me try a few different flavors until I found the perfect one. The cooks all 3 of them also made sure I was satisfied with my order, which I really appreciated. That level of care and teamwork does not go unnoticed. Because of this experience, I’ll definitely be coming back to this location. I love this store! Thank you all so much for the great customer service I ended up really enjoying my wings!
