  They did not get any of our orders right. None of our bacon cheeseburgers had bacon. Mine had no cheese. My fries were just in the bottom of the bag not even in the paper.

  This was about 3-4 months ago now, as a warning. Maybe things are better, but I'm avoiding whataburger on 49 now because of it. I ordered food for myself and my boyfriend, it was around $20 which was good because that's all I had in my bank account at the time. I get home, we eat, everything is chill. My mom calls me, asks me if I "bought 4 people whataburger" I said no, just my food and my bf, why? I check my account to see WTH she's talking about, they charged me a separate $35 worth of food I didn't receive OR consent paying for. We called the store and apparently they were doing a "pay it forward" thing. Normally I would LOVE to do that for someone, but I was on the last couple bucks of my paycheck and COULD NOT AFFORD IT. They didn't even tell me it was happening either, I had no idea I had paid for someone else's food!! And I NEVER GOT MY $35 BACK!!! I don't know if the employee that made this decision still works there, apparently she was new, whatever. but now i avoid this place like it's the plague. ☹️

  The hamburgers were dry and tasteless Lacked friendly employees at the window. Menu online was totally different

  This is the best food ever and the employee elijah Lee was so helpful he’s a very great young man very respectful, always smiling and bringing joy to other customers 10/10 would recommend.

  Ordered through the app from the 49 location. I ordered a triple Whataburger with onion rings and sweet tea, plus a Honey BBQ Chicken Sandwich Jr. What I received was the triple Whataburger, fries instead of onion rings, unsweet tea instead of sweet tea, no straw, and apparently the chicken sandwich decided it had other plans. I understand mistakes happen when it's busy, but the receipt is literally attached to the bag. It seems like a quick glance at it before sending the order out would have been a pretty solid strategy. I spoke with the manager, who explained that because it was an app order, there wasn't anything they could do in the store. I get that. Still, it's impressive how my order managed to be right, wrong, missing, and unsweetened all at the same time. 😂
