Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- EREric Robles1 day ago3.0The food was great but we didn't get any ketchup or napkins Even after I asked for spicy ketchup I mean regular would have been fine to enjoy my fries but that goes to show that the small pack of ketchup would have made my meal complete ( this was drive thru by the time we realized I was on the opposite side of the road I wasn't going back for something that should have been in the bag)

- RRRoby Roberson5 days ago3.0Probably the worst what a burger I've been in... they were confused about what a "B&G meal" was, then couldn't understand why I wanted coffee and not a coke... even to the point of charging for coke and coffee... finally resolved that and took 20 minutes to get the order.... not sure how many were in DT but only 2 other customers inside....

This time I placed an online order with only 3 food items, paying for extra add-ons, and paid for a hot coffee. Estimated time was 7-9 minutes, I showed up in about 12 minutes. All the food was cold, only one time was made as ordered, and I had to remind them at the window that I had also paid for a drink, and was lazily handed a cold, watered down "iced" coffee, which had a different flavor than what I had paid for. Everything I paid for was on my receipt, but not on my order. Apparently they don't require reading as a necessary skill for employment, as well as proper food preparation. Being a cook of 15 years, this is absolutely embarrassing and completely unacceptable. I don't expect much from fast food anymore, but this is ridiculous.
