Ordered a double smash burger combo with a side of mozzarella sticks. Smash burger was not cooked properly. It's supposed to have a slight char or crisp to it. The onions we're not grilled at all. 4 tomatoes we're on the sandwich causing it to be soggy. Fries were covered with what looked like pepper.... but it was old fried bits from dirty fry oil. 3 of the 6 mozzarella sticks were ice cold in the middle. Thew most of the meal out was no good. Not so great the service was nice and the store looked new and upgraded. Just need a better cook

Car hop brought out my ice cream cone with her bare hand (no napkin) and she didn't give my husband his drink. Threw my ice cream cone out of the window because I don't have a clue of where her hands have been.
