  Had plastic in my burger and when I took it back the manager said oh they forgot take all the plastic off the cheese. No apology or nothing. How do you forget to take plastic off of cheese. How sorry and lazy. I think it was done intentionally. Sonic has decent food when the employees can actually function and are not laziy and incompetent employees.

  The food was hot and fresh, but the tots were burned & extremely greasy. My burger order was wrong and just… awful. Very disappointed. The service was excellent, however.

  I had a stressful day before arriving at sonic. I went through the drive through yesterday and ordered a couple 7 dollar meals, and the young lady that was in the drive through had a great aura and gave really good energy, even when taking my order, she was patient and sweet. Even with my kids making noice in the background she was kind and held a respectful manner, I appreciate people like this and i will be going back.☺️
