  This place was absolutely horrible as far as customer service and cleanliness. We chose to sit at the outside seating area and when we did the metal chairs flaked off black paint on my daughter. We asked for napkins and a small cup of water to wash off the paint flakes and the lady on roller skates was far from nice about having to go do anything for us. As we sat there and ate out food everything that rude woman came out she was muttering rude shit everything. I do not recommend this Sonic at all

  The server and order taker were very nice! The food bad ...why I waited 13 minutes for cold tater tots and burned egg...lol. they should close .there food use to be good but not anymore:(

  The only Sonic on the coast that refuses to let me buy bags of ice. It's the closest one to my house so I always try it first. Almost every time I go they tell me that they are out of bags because of distribution. I've had 2 different sonic employees from that specific sonic tell me that they are never out of bags that some of the employees just don't want to fill them and it all depends on whose working. To waste my time and my gas to come to this sonic just to be turned away every time and have to drive across the city to another sonic is extremely frustrating. There's no way that they run out of bags in a day. They'll tell me they don't have bags and then the next day have them and then 2 days later not have them again. There's been times that I've been refused, waited an hour and went back and got it from the exact same sonic. So the excuse that they're out of bags is getting really old and frustrating. I don't like to be petty, especially over a bag of ice but when this happens multiple times a week for months and months now, it's getting to be a little much!! I have 5 people living in my house so yes we go through alot of ice but I didn't know that it was such a problem to buy from this specific sonic. I have never been denied a bag of ice from any other sonic ever. This is the only sonic that uses distribution as an excuse not to give people what they came there for. It's to the point now every time I pull up I know I'm not going to get what I want. But it's still worth a try versus driving an extra 10 miles to another sonic and having my ice melt by the time I get home. I've worked at sonic and I know it's not that hard to fill a bag of ice so I don't know why this location has made it such a problem. Something this little has brought such a huge inconvenience to my life.

  Just slow, I waited 10 minutes to place my order, then waited another 10 minutes to get my order, I had 8 am appointment, and I got here at sonic at 7:30 and I left at 8:02am

  Never again. I ordered a double cheeseburger onion rings and a Coke. I got home open the bag and the burger was smaller than the palm of my hand. No lettuce no tomato just two pieces of meat ketchup and mustard and pickle. That is not what I wanted. I didn't ask for a smasher or a little tiny baby burger. I wanted a full size burger. It's crap like this why I don't go to fast food restaurants anymore. A total waste of money.
