A few guys and I ordered separately, it didnt seem very busy. Our orders came out 30 min later at the fastest, and one guy got his food an hour after he ordered. Several of our orders were messed up, missing lettuce / tomatoes and such. My order came in someone else's bag, which we had to just figure out because nobody told us. Will never eat here again

This location is in the terminal by Gate 5. I have eaten here many times waiting for my flight on Sun Country. The do not have a seating area as it is a walk-up counter and you can sit in the gate area which has plenty of seats. They take your order and will call your number when it is ready. It is only take out in a bag, which is fine for an airport terminal. The food has always been good and the prices are fair for an airport.

[Edit] I remember reviewing this same Sonic a year ago under better circumstances and noticed that the review count as reset. I assume they deleted the previous entry and started anew to reset all the bad reviews.
Ordered a regular cheeseburger, and waited over 35 minutes for my order while standing in front of the pick up line with my receipt. And watched over a dozen other customers who ordered after me receive double cheeseburgers, regular cheeseburgers, etc. I asked the cashier twice if my order was coming and he said yes but it was still a repeat of the same, watching other customers order and receive their food. I also observed a copy of my receipt just sitting there at the counter with the other food orders getting piled on top of it.
I just ended up cancelling my order since my flight began boarding.
Several other customers around me were also sympathizing with me wondering why I wasn't receiving my orders. A couple other customers in line saw me and left the line.
[Edit] I read another review who mentioned being prejudiced against because he was a person of color, and I match that demographic...

The guy at the counter was a racist because of my skin color . I am from asian country and we dont treat people this way all colors are equal. This is the second time he did this way as soon as i come to the counter he takes his time to serve me he was doing all kinds of stuff to avoid serving me why are these people like that today is 10th of may 2024. I will never ever buy anything from this sonic . I think people in the north are not that racist as the south. Very sad.
