  So unprofessional ordered pizza paid for order over the phone and they sent a DoorDash driver, he came to my house asking for money and tried taking my pizza after I paid for it with Pizza Hut. He was very rude and hostile!!! Then I called them with him standing outside my door because he wouldn’t leave and they told him I paid for it just to find out he gave me the wrong pizza and Pizza Hut tells me I have to bring it up there to get the correct pizza I ordered and paid for at 11 pm at night which is inconvenient because I would have to wake up my two year old daughter just to get a pizza I paid for to be delivered to me. They were very unprofessional and just took my money after their mishap. I paid for delivery why would I go up there when I paid for it to come to me. I ordered a cheese stuffed pizza and got a meat pizza. I never should have went through this. They never apologized for the inconvenience just was rude nor wanted to give me a refund!!! Never ordering from them again

  I am a regular customer of this Pizza Hut at the Courthouse Road location. I usually takeout , today Sunday April 19, 2026. I decided to dine in at the one table setting in the dining room. I placed my order online and went inside to pick it up. The manager yelled loudly at me. "I am shocked by the treatment I received here. When I tried to point out that my pizza was missing the Butter Parmesan crust I paid for (it was completely dry with no glossy finish), the manager actually hollered at me from across the restaurant. It was incredibly unprofessional and embarrassing. I expected a simple fix for a wrong order I was not asking about a refund . I can not believe that Pizza Hut, a nationwide business with such a long history trained managers to scream across the restaurant at customers and to be shouted at in public. The only way I plan to visit this location again is when the manager is trained in customer service how to have patience and skills on how to help customers with complaints. If he does not want to perform his duties then he should take a leave of absence or go home because there are many people who can be easy replacement and serve the public well. I'm embarrassed for him and thankful I was not a tourist or vacationer. Some people are not cut out to be in customer. service. The gentleman who was at the register was well manneted , respectful, and polite. He deserves the manager's position . But its always the other way around . The young man working the register deserved to be promoted to the manager's job. For a restaurant located in the center of recreation where people from everywhere come each summer on vacations, there should not be an individual of with no patience , no skills and a bad attitude serving customers in any business. Customers help pay the manager's salary. Maybe he should think about that. This sort of behavior will help to decrease sales not increase them. Shame all over you. Avoid this place if you value basic respect and decent service."
