  I been ordering from here for years. Just in my last 3-4 orders from here the pizza is always messed up. We request light cheese but they pile cheese on it. Or pizza comes not cooked fully and still doughy. Contacted customer service and was directed to this locations Pizza Hut manager who replied once asking what issue was and then ghosted me. No response. Not ordering it Pizza Hut again period.

  Im only complaining because the pizza was made the same on the new one brought to me. First pizza loaded down with sauce it was just spilling everywhere, the send me a new pizza, AGAIN a ton of sauce I really dont understand if I complain about to much sauce you would think we should do like a lighter sauce. Idk who was making pizzas 7/26 10pm ish. But I guess they love sauce.

  My order was correct but the service was slow. It took the manager about 5-8 min to acknowledge us customers standing there. The manager walked away from the counter and the pizzas were coming out the oven pushing the ones that were already out off the ledge. They almost lost 2 pizzas to the floor. Just be more attentive to what is going on.

  I call the store where my food was pick up by Uber to see why my food was not sealed the manager tole me it was the older guy. So it look like this a repeated act then when I ask for his name he hung up on me. Store location: 10585-B Three river rd. Suit 1 Gulfport, MS.
