  This place is ran by kids especially the manager. There's about 15 kids in the back cussing and playing around while there's customers in the lobby waiting on their food. Took about 30 mins to get my food. On top of that my order was wrong. Didn't go back because I was already on the road. They need to fire everyone and hire new people who will actually work. This place is a disgrace and disgusting. SMH I hope I don't get sick off what I ate. They will be hearing from corporate for sure. If they haven't already did... Waste of money at this McDonald's.

  It was in the middle of the night. I went to the drive through but no one came. So I went inside. The cashier finally made her way over to the counter after we placed our order on the stupid computer. Didn’t speak or make eye contact. I asked her if she was ok. Then she couldn’t stop talking about all her health issues and not making enough money. She then tells me about how the customer before me gave her $5 as a tip. Also besides that horrible attitude I asked for only ketchup and mustard. I get in the car and I have a sandwich with everything on it. While we ate in the car she comes out and smokes a cigarette! My question is how can she afford cigarettes??? On top of that both my friend and I had the most horrific diarrhea that smelled like nothing I have ever experienced. I only ate 3 bites. It was just disgusting. I don’t recommend that anyone eat there.

  McDonald's food and atmosphere is always good, BUT you have to admit to Dine-in is RIDICULOUS on the wait time, In the past under 5 minutes on a busy day, Today was exactly 15 minutes for me to get a small mac burger and a mac chicken sandwiched only out of 5 orders dining in... plenty of staff at hand.. one guy very negative to me when I asked after 12 minutes, how much longer.

  I waited in lane 2 for 30 minutes (because there was a car in front of me) while I watched them take 3 others orders who came after me in lane 1. They finally took the cars order in front of me then I pulled up and they took 2 orders again in lane 1 and was taking another one before I just pulled up to the window. I get they are busy but its common since to rotate lanes!!!

  Consistently terrible service and poor quality at this location. I’ve visited this McDonald’s multiple times and the issues never improve. Wait times are often 15–30 minutes or more, even when there are few cars in the drive-thru. Service is disorganized, with long delays between ordering and receiving food; then after finally getting food, it is cold, so now you have to wait an additional 10 minutes for a fresh order. Drinks are often flat or watered down, and smoothies are not properly blended. I’ve had to request remakes multiple times just to get a correct order. While waiting in the drive-thru, I can see employees through the window walking around slowly, disengaged during active service periods contributing to the delays and inconsistent order handling. Some are often on their phones. Service is poorly managed. This location is not meeting McDonald’s standards for speed of service, product quality, or proper management and training. It needs immediate management review, staff retraining, and improved policies, or to close down entirely.
