  Fries are almost soggy. Used drive through didn't get a straw for drive KS or napkins.

  Disgusting environment employees talking about the dirty bathroom with vulgar language. That’s not something I want to hear about right before eating. Yelling inappropriately across the store. Overall very unprofessional.

  Still sitting in the drive thru, 20 mins after I ordered. Left and went to Savvy Sliders. Much better food and service.

  I placed an order through the drive thru at noon. They pulled me up and I imagined that would mean I’m getting fresh food. A worker brings the food to my car and I pull off. I reach into my fries to eat some and the very first bite I took I noticed I was chewing on something that felt like hair. I pulled a long black strand of hair out of my MOUTH! I instantly felt sick to my stomach and started gagging and spitting. I go back to the store and when I walked in there was several employees and NOT ONE greeted me. I actually had to say “Excuse me!” over and over until finally I yelled it and they turned around to look at me. I explained that I needed a manger and a white guy named Theo came up. I told him that I just pulled hair out of my mouth from eating the fries. His response was “So you want a refund?” He didn’t apologize or anything just took the food and my receipt and went to the back. At that moment I got pissed as I was already sick to my stomach and repulsed from the hair being in my mouth. I told the employee who was still up front to go get the food back from him and I didn’t want a refund I would proceed in another way since the atmosphere was so unwelcoming and the manager being completely unapologetic to a paying customer. He refused to give me my order back and processed the refund anyway. Then tried to be sarcastic as I was leaving. Theo was rude and he does not need to be in leadership! John was informed on everything and he even was gagging and repulsed at the sight of the long hair that was chewed in my fries that I had to spit out! He admitted that Theo could have in fact stopped processing the refund like I informed him too. He apologized and was more professional than Theo with all those piercing in his face. DO NOT EAT AT THIS MCDONALDS! I’ve also reported this to the health department. This has certainly made me give up on fast food services completely. I will no longer patronize these establishments it’s so unsanitary. Update: A manager contacted me. I was offered a “free meal” but I doubt that I will take her up on that offer. The damage has been done and a free meal isn’t going to change my outlook on this situation at all. I appreciate the offer though.
