- AEA. EvansApr 28, 20265.0I would never recommend a fast food place to my friends but I wanted to come on here and give these workers their flowers. The employees were amazing. I’m aware I ordered about 20 minutes before closing and showed up about five minutes before closing. Even with that they gave me fresh HOT food, and made my milkshake as soon as I walked in the door so it wasn’t liquid by the time I arrived. The bathrooms were still open, so I was able to go in there for a moment. I didn’t use it out of respect as it was freshly cleaned and spotless. I just needed to switch my dress around because it was unfortunately on backwards in my haste to get there before closing. I’ve had a long traumatizing 36 hours, received absolutely terrible news and had not eaten literally all day and yesterday. This was truly an emergency meal so I didn’t fade away from the lack of sustenance. It was truly what I needed, and they were so kind that I immediately got a mood boost from interacting with workers who aren’t bitter for somebody placing a late night, last minute order. I felt terrible because they waited to make my shake and fries fresh so I stayed a bit past closing! I know they wanted to go home but I truly appreciate that they did not make me feel like I was inconveniencing them. The entire team that was working tonight, (order placed 27APR2026 @ 2134, I arrived at 2153) needs a raise honestly! Thank you all so much!

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
