- PWPaul Wolfe4 days ago2.0The customer service is the worst I've experienced in any Dunkin across several states. This is one of the few locations that prompts you to tip while the employee is standing there looking over you. Unprofessional, poor attitudes, and cold breakfast to top it off.

But I’ve been having such a bad week so i decided to treat myself this afternoon before heading to work. The girl in drive thru (black hair. Super pretty. Wearing a evil eye necklace) asked for my name and then was like “ok half your cold foam dissolved so I’m gonna run to add more” which cold foam is the best part so I was so happy hahaha. But then as she’s handing me my drink she goes “you’re really pretty” and it may have just been something simple to her but it truly made my whole month. Just a small act of kindness from her truly turned my entire week around, will be returning. Thank you so much kind girl
