  I come here all the time so it took alot for me to write this review very disappointed with the service today ask for a latte with a extra shot paid 8 for coffee then tipped $2 heard owner tell lady to make my latte I said to the manager im assuming I paid for a extra shot and she didn't even tell the lady making my coffee and assumed we'll she gave me my drink and guess what my didn't have a extra shot like I requested 3 times and when I had her remake it for me she still didn't have that extra shot so rude thinking I would not notice how pale my 2 shots of espresso should have been sad to say I will never be back you lost a great client from laziness

  I never have issues with this place until today. The coffee is always great and the donuts aren’t always the best but they’re decent. The workers are always super nice too! Sadly, today, the donuts this morning were awful. They tasted and felt like a wet sponge. 😭

  First and foremost they are very friendly there and I've been a regular there since I moved down here but 6 out of the last 10 times I've ordered my coffee it's been completely wrong order and it's terrible. I get every once in a while but being consistently wrong is not acceptable for a such a big franchise which bases itself off of consistency. Hope they get better but that is my last time giving them a chance to do the basic stuff right.

  We thought we'd give DD another try after many years but were even more disappointed today than before. We walked up to the counter to order a few simple coffees and were told they would be with us shortly. We said no problem we'll use the bathroom and be right back. When we returned to the counter we were ghosted again while they stood behind the counter chit chatting with each other. My wife was so frustrated that she told me she would wait outside and after a few more minutes I followed her. I have 3 cousins here in Gulfport so I told them the story and they told us we weren't the right color to be served at that location. We will NEVER waste our time stopping at another Dunkin Donuts again.
