  I ordered 2 pizzas and paid 60.00. The pizzas were delivered 45 minutes after they said it would be. I tracked the driver and he made other deliveries while having my food in his vehicle. When he arrived, late, he said it was assigned to him before he got back which was a lie because I tracked him in different neighborhoods on different roads. By the time my food arrived it was soggy, cold and disgusting. Got an email from dominos wanting to make it right but I had to buy more pizza to make it right. No, my money should have been refunded along with my tip for a lying driver. Will not use dominos again. I dont play well with people who lie to me when I been tracking you and know the truth.

  The way this store handles orders is a complete joke. My app sent me a notification at 20:04 saying my order was “ready” and “picked up”. I arrived at the store 10 minutes later, only to be told it still had 10 more minutes in the oven. They are clearing orders off their screen 20 minutes before they are actually finished. It is dishonest, and it makes the entire tracker feature a lie. Do not trust the status updates from this location. Also, the food is subpar. It’s always either overcooked or not cooked long enough, barely any toppings, and it costs SO MUCH for ANY substitutions or add-ons.

  I want to start by saying the staff is very friendly. However, my family and I have come every Friday for a few weeks. I place an order at the window and usually wait in the parking lot. Last week I waited over an hour, (2 pizzas) and this week 45 minutes (3 pizzas). This week however, we recieved the wrong pizza. The window guy is young and clicked the wrong button, it happens. We ordered meatlover and got a supreme. When I asked them what my options were to fix it, My only option was a credit to my account It’s just really frustrating that it was a $20 pizza that I either would have to wait 45 more minutes for another pizza and pay for, Or just receive a credit. At the end of the day, we just let it go, But I definitely think there needs to be some retraining. I asked for a refund for the pizza they got incorrect and they told me that was not an option. We now have a pizza that we don’t like. We had our kids with us so they didn’t have the option to wait Another 45 minutes. While they are super kind, it is just very frustrating as a customer

  Canceled my order waiting for 45 mins. Got a tasty Little Ceasars pizzas for 25% less & in 10 mins.
