  Super friendly staff from ordering to having the food brought out. They weren't upset when I messed up the order and were speedy to fix it. Food was hot, fresh and correct. I will definitely be returning.

  You dont allow dogs to have a tiny squirt of whip cream when they cant have the promotional "bubbles and bows" bones. Even though experience with your previous cfa in Newington Connecticut (5 stars) absolutely welcomed your dog every morning with a smile a pat and a pup cup ready to go.. it is absolutley unallowed here. Oh and I forgot to mention ordering a chicken biscuit at 6am and waiting 10 minutes to get to the window only to find out there were none. And why this was not communicated upon ordering and I had to wait until I got to the window to find out I will NEVER know.

  Great food. Poor customer service. Blue shirt supervisor was very rude about my name on the order and when I asked him if it was for (corrected name) he said yeah and repeated the wrong name. I'm in there 3+ times a week as I work close and im confused as ti why I got this treatment the last 2 times I was in there. Definitely won't be eating my lunch there anymore.

  I can't think of a single time going to Chick-fil-A that resulted in a unpleasant occasion. The staff is always on point, and it doesn't matter how busy they are, they've mastered the art of getting the food out and keeping the line moving.

  Came in around 6pm 4/15 and ordered dine in yet I received another persons order and when my sister tried to call back the employee that delivered it, she ensured it was correct and left. She then later came back with both me and my sisters food so i gave her the original tray that was brought to me and told her again that it belonged to someone else. There was no apology or anything she just silently took the tray to another employee(possibly a manager) who then closed the already opened box of food and had her bring it to the correct table. I had opened the food and even touched because it was on my table for at least 5 minutes and yet it was still given to the table. Huge no no in the food industry and very unprofessional/unsanitary. Also, my sisters wrap was rung in as a club so she paid more for less food, i understand it can get busy in food service but everyone was acting like it was there first day
