- KWKim WilliamsMay 10, 20261.0The service here has just gone down completely . Went here today around 6:25 p.m and ordered a McDouble meal and mcchicken . When getting to the second window the lady had on a black shirt ( hoping she’s not the manager) and a ponytail . She just starred at me and closed the window . She then opened it again and handed me my food not uttering a word just a look of “ please leave” . Just weird and unprofessional behavior . My order was ok until I got to the McDouble and it was an overcooked patty with brick hard bread . I understand it’s just McDonald’s but it’s still an establishment where good customer service should be provided to paying customers. Will no be returning this location the other one by the mall is much more pleasant.
