  The Greenville ms store has terrible customer service, Took a party of 3 yesterday (09/25/26) inside for breakfast, Had about seven people inside working one customer in front of us and we were completely ignored for 15 mins , We just left.

  Staff was very friendly and the food was really delicious compared to other locations I've tried.

  Typing this as I wait a second time for my food. Was told to hold up behind the yellow post, after already waiting on the guy in front of me who was told to do the same. All this waiting just to be told to pull up, wait again. The lady at the window batting her eyelashes asking for a tip (prior to services being rendered). Got my order which was incomplete (no drink), so there's was time to complete this review. Now you tell me if that's the kind of service that deserves a tip. Stop cheating the clock and train to be timely, not just greedy.

  Had supper at Jacks last night and it was good but the breakfast this morning was awesome. Had the deluxe plate, more food than I could eat with a great price and very fast service.

  OMG!!! NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION!!! GREENVILLE STAFF NEEDS A RETRAIN ON CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ATTITUDE.. I SEE WHY THE PARKING LOT WAS EMPTY TONIGHT.. MY HUSBAND AND I WENT THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU AND IT WAS HIS FIRST TIME COMING TO A JACK'S.. IMMEDIATELY WAS GREETED WITH A NASTY AND IMPATIENT ATTITUDE BECAUSE HE COULDN'T SEE THE HALF-LIT MENU.. WAS RUSHING HIM 2 ORDER AND DIDN'T WANT TO TELL HIM THE SIDES WHEN HE ASKED.. THE MANAGER WAS A LITTLE BETTER BUT SHE WAS RUSHING TOO AND THEY WEREN'T NOWHERE NEAR CLOSING TIME!! EVEN IF THE FOOD WAS NASTY, IF THE ATTITUDE WAS GOOD, PEOPLE WOULD COM BACK.. BUT WE WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION..
