  5/17/26 1:17 p.m. I ordered at the kiosk for my family, and I didn't realize they don't take cash. I completed my transaction with the cashier. Then, as I am waiting for the order to be completed, I hear the line working holding a chicken patty with his bare hand say that they need to learn to tell people no when they order because 9 McChicken is ridiculous. I immediately want a refund. I don't go here often because they don't act right, and the food isn't worth the price, but today, I just wanted something a little different. I wasn't expecting a potential of food poisoning just because I ordered 9 McChicken for my large crowd. The woman tells him to just put the patties on the bun and wrap them up. I ask the cashier for a refund, and she asks me why. I tell her what I heard and how I'm not interested in getting sick. She get the same woman who just told him to put them on a bun and send them up. She walks up and asks me why and tells me that I didn't hear anything they said. I repeated it, and of course she gets mad and starts mouthing off. I told her it's bad business when customers hear employees complaining and see them handling food inappropriately. I'm on the phone with my spouse because she's already mouthy. I tell him that I am not going to this establishment ever again. She says, "Good because we don't want you here anyways." I respond, "I'm not talking to you. I'm on the phone." She says, "I don't care because you bad mouthing my people." Sure lady. You need to be fired. I would have said demoted, but you clearly don't know how to manage your mouth or other people. She can't even refund me because she doesn't know how to do her job or mind her business and quit trying to listen to my conversation. I gave you the time and day. You can easily find out who she is. She is not management material. She yells and cusses in the back at other employees and thinks she's funny. I'm not missing out. I was better that I just make it at home because I at least know my hands are clean. If you care about your franchise and keeping business, you need to work on who you hire.

  Poor experience. Most of the menu wasn’t available, and the wait time was unacceptable. I had to wait 18 minutes in the parking lot after going through the drive-thru. Needs better organization and faster service.

  Take forever for subpar food. Employees just standing around or walking around on their phones while I wait 20 minutes for some food. Pathetic

  The girl working the 2nd window 4/18 at 5:30 needs a raise asap. Handled difficult costumers like a boss 10/10

  Food is cold sandwich was thrown together the box on the sandwich was open on one end no ice in my drink over all just nasty
